Our district staff are subscribed to the Ohio Parent Mentor Program’s e-mail newsletter, which is distributed through Mailchimp from the e-mail cete-ParentMentor@osu.edu. Some staff have reported that they are not receiving these newsletters, and we believe the messages may be blocked by the district’s e-mail firewall or spam filters.

Could you please review the firewall and spam settings to ensure that Mailchimp messages are allowed to come through? Whitelisting Mailchimp’s sending domains or IP addresses may be necessary.
