Our district staff are subscribed to the Ohio Parent Mentor Program’s e-mail newsletter, which is distributed through Mailchimp from the e-mail cete-ParentMentor@m.osu.edu. Some staff have reported that they are not receiving these newsletters, and we believe the messages may be blocked by the district’s e-mail firewall or spam filters for bulk e-mail.
Could you please review the firewall and spam settings to ensure that Mailchimp messages are allowed to come through? Whitelisting Mailchimp’s sending domains or IP addresses may be necessary.
