Parent Mentor Caitlin Smith Recognized as Champion for Children Employee of the Month

The Ohio Parent Mentor Program celebrates Caitlin Smith, Parent Mentor at Warren County Educational Service Center, for being named Champion for Children Employee of the Month for February 2025 as part of the Champions for Children Initiative.

This initiative honors outstanding employees from Warren County Educational Service Center, Southwest Ohio Council of Governments, and Greater Ohio Virtual School who exemplify exceptional qualities in their work. Caitlin was selected for her ongoing dedication and impact on families and students in the area.

Caitlin is not only a committed Parent Mentor, but also a board member of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati and a passionate advocate for services supporting children with disabilities. Her efforts to empower parents and foster strong community connections have made a significant difference in the lives of many.

The Warren County Educational Service Center shared their thoughts on Caitlin’s well-deserved recognition:
